Mr. Song Lantao, born in 1965, graduated from Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree and Dalian University of Technology with a master's degree. He formerly served as the Board Chairman of Tus Water Group Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong), Board Chairman and General Manager of Jiangxi Chengzhi Daily Chemical Co., Ltd., Senior Vice President of Tus Technopole Group Co., Ltd., General Manager of Yadu Technology Group Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Tus Technology Service Co., Ltd., Board Chairman of Jiangxi Chengzhi Yongfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Shaoxing Qiaobo Ice and Snow World Sports Development Co., Ltd. He is currently Director and President of the Company.

Director / Executive General Manager

Mr. BAI Gang, born in 1980, has a bachelor's degree in accounting. He previously served as Deputy General Manager of Tus Cluster Technology Group Co., Ltd., General Manager of Jiejiegao (Qingdao) Energy Co., Ltd., etc. Since June 2022, he has served as General Manager of Puhua Water Technology Group Co., Ltd. Currently, he serves as Director and Executive General Manager of the Company.

Director / Deputy General Manager

Mr. Hu Zhibo, born in 1981, has a bachelor degree. He previously served as Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing Department of Jiangsu TusPark Development Co., Ltd., Operation Director of Ningbo TusPark Development Co., Ltd., Executive Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Tus National Cyber Security Incubator Co., Ltd. Ever since August 2021, he has served as Deputy General Manager, Secretary of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Southwest Region of Tus Digital Sanitation (Hefei) Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company.

Deputy General Manager

Ms. Ding Manru, born in 1971, a holder of bachelor’s degree,  former Deputy General Manager of Dasheng Tus (Beijing) Co., Ltd., joined TUS-EST in December 2020. She previously served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of Jinan Tengsheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., as well as Director and General Manager of Shandong Tus Jineng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. She currently serves as Deputy General Manager of the company.

Chief Engineer

Born in 1966 ; graduated from Renmin University of China; previously serving as Vice President of Tuscity Group, Chairman of Tuscity Ningbo and Chairman of Tuscity Yangzhou.

Chief Financial Officer

Chang Chang, born in 1984, holds a master's degree in Finance from the University of Sydney Business School. Before joining TusHoldings, He worked in some financial institutions like Beijing Trust, Bairui Trust and Shanxi Securities as General Manager of Trust Business Department, General Manager of Securities Investment Department and Director of Asset Management Department respectively. In 2022, he joined TusHoldings as the CFO of Tus Technology Services Co., Ltd. He is currently still the CFO of the Company.

Ms. Zhang Weiya (born in 1977, Master Degree Candidate) worked in Tus-EST from February 2004, also as the Securities Affairs Representative, Supervisor, General Manager of the Securities Department and the Director of the Office of the Board of Directors.
