The 12th Tus Innovation Forum was held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province on December 15th, 2020. Leaders of national ministries and commissions, prestigious experts and scholars from Tsinghua University and those from home and abroad, industry elites and science and technology representatives were invited to focus on adjustments to industrial structure adaptation and innovation-driven development during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period through in-depth exchanges focusing on the rise of the ecological protection of central China, high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, the aerial Silk Road and other major strategies from the perspective of recruiting talents, promoting industry-university-research cooperation, and cultivating new kinetic energy for development.

The Sub-Forum on Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development of the Yellow River Basin, co-sponsored by Tus Environmental, Tus Clean Energy, Tsinghua University Shanxi Institute of Clean Energy, Qinghai University Tus New Energy Institute and Tsinghua MBA Alumni Energy and Environmental Protection Association, hosted by Tus Energy and Environment Joint Research Institute, was held on the afternoon of the same day.
