On August 3, 2020, Tus-EST received the Notice of TusHoldings of the Signing of the Cooperation Agreement with Tus-S&T Service (Henan) Co., Ltd. issued by Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd., as forwarded by the company’s controlling shareholder Tus-S&T Service Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tus-S&T Service Group”). According to the Notice, TusHoldings signed the Cooperation Agreement for Tus-S&T Service (Henan) Co., Ltd. with Henan Yuzi Emerging Industry Investment Fund, Zhengzhou Zhongrongchuang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Henan Donglong Holding Group Co., Ltd., on August 3, 2020.

Through this cooperation, the company’s controlling shareholder Tus-S&T Service Group will build a strategic emerging industry engine in Henan for the promotion of the Central Plains, to create a radiation platform for the Central Plains technology innovation with national influence, and a technological integration platform for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. TusHoldings will further play the role of technology empowerment in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading in Henan, promoting Henan's transformation and development through its advantages in technology and talents, accelerate the cultivation of an innovative ecosystem and expand the new economy to promote high-quality development in Henan.
